Coaching program for mid-career leaders
Define your career north star and take action
Sound familiar?
You’ve been in the same role, company or industry for a while
You want a change but are unsure what’s next for you
You don’t want to give up your current comforts
You need someone to help you figure it out
Our method
Inspired by design-thinking, Pathfinder follows a 3 step process to help you figure out your next steps confidently. Coaches personalise exercises and timeline based on your needs:
Month 1: Discover
In Discover, you will use science-backed assessments for a deep self-analysis. This will enable you to rediscover their unique strengths, values, and purpose. These findings will serve as a guiding compass for the rest of the program.
Example exercises in Discover:
360 feedback
Strengths assessment
Values discovery & prioritisation
Month 2: Design
In design phase, you will visualise your ideal life and determine how your career fits into that vision. Having a north star, you’ll come up with multiple ideas about your next step.
Example exercises in Design:
Future visualisation
Career brainstorming
Limiting beliefs therapy
Month 3: Experiment
Once you have an idea of what could be next, it’s time to gather learnings instead of jumping into something quickly. Your coach will help you run experiments to help you make the choice that is aligned with your values, purpose and vision.
Example exercises in Experiment:
Experimentation and learning template
Your next 10 year’s resume
